Connect one or more apps. You get every notification about your campaigns: runs, replies, limits, account alerts and a dashboard. Only you and the people you add see them. With AI replies on, each draft arrives with Send, Edit and Don't send.
Everything starts in Reachy: Settings › Notifications.
Telegram
- Click Connect Telegram.
- Scan the QR code with your phone, or open Telegram on this computer.
- Press Start in the chat with @ReachyAIBot. No QR code? Search for @ReachyAIBot and send the code Reachy shows. It works for 10 minutes.
- Come back to Reachy: it connects on its own. Your dashboard is pinned at the top of the chat.
Slack
- Click Add to Slack.
- Pick your workspace and allow Reachy. If your workspace needs an admin to approve new apps, Slack asks them for you.
- Come back to Reachy: it connects on its own, and the Reachy app sends you a welcome direct message.
- Your dashboard is in the Reachy app's Home tab in Slack.
Discord
- Click Connect Discord and sign in with Discord in your browser.
- Reachy adds you to the Reachy server and creates your 3 private threads, named after your username: activity, replies and a dashboard.
- To share them with a teammate, add their Discord User ID under Who gets these threads. Not sure where to find it? See Find your unique Discord ID.
Only you, the people you add and the Reachy support team can read your threads.
Check it works
Click Send a test next to the connected app. If nothing arrives, disconnect and connect again.
Approve AI replies from there
- Open Settings › AI replies.
- Under Where you approve replies, tick Telegram, Slack or Discord. The Reachy Inbox is always on as well.
- Fill in what you offer and turn AI replies on. The full walkthrough is on the AI replies page.
- Telegram: buttons under each draft. Edit sends you the draft; reply to it with your new text.
- Slack: buttons in the direct message. Edit opens a form.
- Discord: buttons in your private "Replies" thread.
Approved replies go out at Reachy's next run while the app is open, from the account that holds the conversation.
