Turn it on in five steps
- Open Settings › AI replies. It is off by default.
- Say what you offer someone interested. A booking link, a discount code (and what it gives) or a page to share, such as a free trial, pricing or a case study. Add when to offer which, and what Reachy must never promise.
- Answer the three common objections. Price, timing and "we already have a tool". Choose whether Reachy tries once or never, and whether it closes politely on a clear no.
- Pick where you approve. The Reachy Inbox is always on. Tick Telegram, Slack, Discord or Claude / ChatGPT to approve from your phone or your chat.
- Check the preview and turn it on. Each campaign can use this context, its own, or keep your fixed text with "I write it".
How Reachy reads a reply

Where you approve
- Telegram. Your private chat with @ReachyAIBot. Send, Edit or Don't send under each draft; Edit hands you the text to rewrite.
- Slack. A direct message from the Reachy app in your workspace, with Send, Don't send and an Edit form.
- Discord. Your private "Replies" thread on the Reachy server, next to your activity.
- Claude & ChatGPT. Through the Reachy connector: ask "Which replies need approval?", then send, edit or drop each one from the chat.
- Reachy Inbox. Always on, in the app: Inbox › Replies to approve.

After you tap Send
- Reachy reads the conversation again before sending. If the prospect wrote again, or you answered on LinkedIn yourself, the draft is cancelled.
- Approved replies go out at the next run, while the app is open, within the daily message limit and from the account that holds the conversation.
- Reachy checks for new replies every hour while the app is open. If the prospect answers again, it drafts the next reply, up to 5 per conversation. After that, the conversation is yours.
- Change a verdict by hand and Reachy sends nothing else to that contact.
Privacy
Drafts are written by the AI model you use in Reachy: Reachy AI, included on every plan, or your own Claude, GPT, Gemini or OpenRouter key. Your conversations stay on your computer. To approve from your phone, the card with the prospect's message and the draft goes through Reachy's notification relay to the app you picked, and only you can act on it.
